MacBook Air A1466 13" 2017 *READ

MacBook Air A1466 13" 2017. This is listed for parts or repair as keyboard and power button does not work! After fresh install of Mac OS Monterey I did go in terminal to turn on auto boot from opening lid. Only way I can power it on is taking off back cover, disconnect battery (CAREFULLY), waiting a minute. Then connecting battery again (CAREFULLY). placing back lid on, plugging in (AC adapter not included) and then opening lid and will power on. Screen looks good. The MacBook has some minor scuffs.
